Vinay chairs review meeting of Seva Pakhwada | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 15: BJP Jammu District has planned an elaborate two-week long programme to mark PM Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17. The Seva Pakhwada will see a different activity being taken up on each day of the two-week programme, which will begin on September 17 with blood donation camps across the state and conclude on October 2 with an awareness programme on khadi. BJP District President Jammu Vinay Gupta today held a review meeting of the fortnight Pakhwada in the esteem presence of Yudhvir Sethi BJP Vice President J&K including District General Secretaries Ankush Gupta and Kuldeep Kandhari, Mandal Presidents, General Secretaries, Vistark Ashok Kumar besides district incharges of the Seva Pakhwada program here at party office Kachi Chawni. Vinay brief them the party will be organizing exhibitions at the state and district levels on Modi's life and mission. It also plans to publicise Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery, and organise blood donation camps. Vinay Gupta highlighted that September 17 is the birthday of the world's most popular leader with a dynamic and visionary approach for the" Aatam Nirbhar Bharat" Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He directed all party Karyekartas during Seva Abhiyaan to serve the people with zeal and enthusiasm like distribution of supportive aid and equipment to Divyangs, an exhibition on PM Life and achievements, distribution of fruits in slums, orphanages, hospitals etc shall be set up in every ward, booth, Mandals and district level. Vinay Gupta spoke at length on the increased stature of India at the International level with the best administration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Union Government. Vinay urged party workers to be prepared for the upcoming programs of the party for the welfare of the general public of the Jammu district. Vinay giving details to party workers said, on September 25, the birthday of Pandit Deendayal, there is a program at the booth level. At the same time, on October 2, on the birthday of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, all workers will conduct an awareness campaign on the principles of Bapu, Swadeshi, Khadi, self-reliance, simplicity and cleanliness. Yudhir Sethi said that on September 18, health camps will be organised in the state while the following day, an exhibition on Modi will be put up. On September 20, a sanitation drive will be carried out, followed by shramdaan at Amrit Sarovars on the next day. On September 22, a campaign will be launched on 'Jal hi Jeevan' and water conservation, followed by vocal for local programmes on the next day, and a camp to distribute artificial limbs on September 24. He said that Upadhyay has batted for providing benefits to the last man standing in the queue claiming this to be real economic growth. |
