JAMMU, Oct 11: J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu felicitated Justice Pankaj Mithal the Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Lordship's transfer as Chief Justice of High Court of Rajasthan.
