Relocate PM's package employees outside Kashmir: KKHMS

JAMMU, Oct 12: Kashmiri Khatri Hindu Maha Sahba (KKHMS) under the leadership of its chairman /President Er Ramesh Chander Mahajan & Kashmiri Migrant leader and its members expressed serious concern over the non seriousness of Union Govt and LG administration towards settling the genuine demands of Kashmiri migrants and delayed initiatives for constituting the committee from (GAD) General Administration Department, implementation of transfer policies with issuance of transfer orders in favour of suffering PM's package employees from Kashmiri valley to various Jammu departments and to be attached them with the Relief organization (M) Jammu and Government should all resume dialogue process by striking all PM package employees who are on protest for last 153 days under banner of All Migrant Displaced Employees Association Kashmir on priority without any delay. Further appeal to govt for not treating them as bonded slaves and scapegoats and sought necessary instructions to administration including all HOD/DDOs of others departments to not harass and pressurise migrant employees by unnecessarily issuing draconic circulars of biometric attendance along with resuming their duties in prevailing situation in Kashmir valley and creating human violation by unnecessarily withholding salaries from several months should be released immediately in the view of upcoming festival and fulfilment of their other needs.
All minority employees are not in favour of protesting due to certain circumstances, There is still a fear psychosis among all minority employees and a sense of insecurity among them as government has failed to preserve their worth living and guaranteed right of life while performing the duty at their work and living places in Kashmir valley. It is a duty of administration to analyse the current situation at ground level and create an atmosphere of permanent solution of placid settlement of rehabilitation at working places in valley to be ensured for PM package including non package employees and other minority.
It is urged upon Union and Lt Governor administration to seriously take cognizance of the matter for settling the genuine demands of permanent solution of relocating all minority, PM package and non package employees to perform their continue duties in various departments of Jammu division/ outside Kashmir valley till the security scenario would come back to normal in Kashmiri valley for minority.
