| Revision of Minimum Wages Act hailed | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 15: BJP JKUT Employees, Education & Teacher Cell hails the decision of Govt of revising the minimum wages act as this has provided a relief to the persons working on lower ladder, especially daily wagers worker working in various departments. These daily wagers were agitating for the enhancement of their wages since long and last Dharna was organised infront of BJP H.Q Jammu Ravinder Raina BJP president, Shamlal and Priya Sethi addressed the agitationist. Raina while addressing the daily wagers discussed their demands in threadbare and elaborated his earlier contribution made for their cause as MLA and assured to sort out their issues. Shamlal ex-minister made it ample clear that he has worked for their cause as PHE and Irrigation Minister and would support whole heartedly now also.Similar was the stand of Priya Sethi. It is really a great relief for the employees working on the lower rung delicately and devotionals and serving the society. They really deserve more as it is very difficult to meet both ends meet with meager wages. The credit and kudos goes to the JKUT Goverment headed by a dynamic L.G Manoj Sinha and his team. |
