Dr Sharma said by diving border assembly segments of Suchetgarh, RS pura, Bishnah & Noshera-Sunderbani, the govt. has played dirty game as majority of people residing in these areas are POJK displaced, Displaced people of 1965, 1971, and others and by dividing them in different constituencies there representation will be withheld.
