| Govt Degree College Thannamandi organizes Run for Unity | | |

Thanamandi, Oct 31: On the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on October 31, a Run for Unity Rally was jointly organized by NCC unit and Department of Sports Govt Degree College Thannamandi as a part to honor the patriotism of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and to reinforce his teachings and values,"
The rally was started with the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas pledge and was flagged off by the Principal of the College Prof. (Dr.) Farooq Ahmed who envisaged the message of Sardar Vallabhbahi Patel and his role and contribution in national integration.
The rally was started from the main gate of the college to Hasplote in which a good number of students and staff participated. Dr. Tajinder Singh (ANO) NCC and Dr. Mohd Ibrahim (HOD) Sports were the organizers of the event. |
