11/6/2022 10:41:46 PM
Early Times Report
SAMBA, Nov 6: JKPCC Chief Vikar Rasool Wani has said that centre government is not serious about fulfilling the commitment for early Restoration of Statehood and holding Assembly Elections and only hoodwinking the people by vague statements from time to time, for three & half years.
JKPCC Chief was addressing a largely attended workers Convention of District Congress Samba here tody alongwith AICC Jt. Secretary Co-Incharge J&K Affairs, Shri Manoj Yadav,Working President JKPCC shri R?mân Bhalla, besides Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, General Secretary PCC Manmohan Singh, -Treasurer Rajnish Sharma, Former Minister Gurbachan Kumari Rana, Pranab Shagotra, Pawan Raina, Narinder Gupta, Karan Bhagat, Rajveer Singh, DCC President Sanjeev Sharma, Working President Babbal Gupta, District President Kathua Pankaj Dogra, Tirth Ram Bhagat councillors Kuber Singh, Rajan Sharma, Anita Devi Jatin Sharma, Rashpal Chuadhary, Sdr Paramjit pamma, Kewel Jogi & others.
Vikar Rasool said that vague statements, by some central ministers from time to time about restoration of statehood and assembly elections dont inspire confidence &trust amongst the people, now, as the promises were never fulfilled by the BJP government.
He said that people had not voted BJP to devide and downgrade our historical state into UT and snatch our rights to lands and jobs, guaranteed to people by the Maharaja through state subject laws. BJP only betrayed and befooled people but the situation is more worse today than earlier, as kashmiri pandits, other minorities, outside people and others are becoming soft tagets of selective killings , after thirty years, under BJP regime. . Those KPs and jammu reserved category and others employed during Dr manmohan Singh government have become targets under UT regime directly under home ministry and BJP led centre government.
Jobs position în J &K is worst în history and those who appeared în recruitments have faced scams under UT regimedcontrolled by BJP Whenever some thing good happens, BJP tries to take credit but on failures on all fronts, BJP passes on the buck to the LG administration and bureaucrats.
Even daily wagers ,asha workers, Anganwadi wokere are not engaged now and those engaged for years are on roads waiting for their fulfillmemt pf promises by BJP for their regularisation.
People now ask what are benefits to people by abrogation of special status, he questioned BJP , asking it to answer to the people for their worst situation.
He said BJP only knows how to devide people în the name of religion and caste for vote bank politics but damaging the secular Fabric of nation. This is the reason that Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi is leading a Bharat Jodo padyatra from Kanyakumari to Kashmir to defeat politics of hate and division în the country urging people to join him în large numbers, when he reaches here.
All India joint secretary Co incharge JK affairs Manoj Yadav lambasted BJP for its politics of hate and division which is posing threat to our unity în diversity. Blaming modi government of failing to control unprecedented price rise and unemployment , security of women, besides improving lot of farmers, Yadav said that whenever elections ate roubd the corner în rhe states, BJP takes on divisive agenda for vote politics, which is very dangerous for the nation.
BJP gave hollow slogans to control prices and create two crore jobs annually but today the common man is suffering, the farmers are being crushed, unemployed youth are frustrated and economy is în shambles.
AICC Leader recalled how the farmers protest was crushed and those accused of crushing farmers în Lakhimpur enjoyed patronage as the father of accused is still minister în modi government. AICC General Secretary Smt Priyanka Gandhi struggled to reach out to the victim farmers and fought for justice but government remained indifferent and unmoved towards the victims.
He said that BJP Na?ional President was caught în camera taking bribe, the son of home minister is enjoying top position în BCCI without any cricket background but BJP raises questions about Congress which has elected the veteran leader Malika Arjun Kharge, son of a labour, who lost his mother în riots at the age of seven .It shows the history and culture and inner party democracy of Congres party.
Working President R?mân Bhalla strongly hit out at BJP for destroying the state of jammu and kashmir and crushing the rights of people, depriving people of each section of their livelihood, democratic rights, right to land and job.
