REASI, Nov 11: A three-day sanitation drive was launched today at Shri Shiv Khori Shrine. The drive is being conducted on the directions of Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairperson, Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Board, Babila Rakwal. Starting from today, the drive will end on November 13. The cleanliness drive of the popular pilgrimage of the Union Territory was conducted jointly by SSKSB staff and locals. They cleaned Bus Stand, Taxi Stand and Ransoo Bazaar. The staff also spoke with the shopkeepers and sought their cooperation in keeping the holy town clean. Later, a Swachhta pledge was also administered to the locals for seeking their contribution in the mission. On the subsequent days of the drive, areas from Shri Shiv Khori Bhawan to Ram Mandir and Ram Mandir to Darshani Deodi will be cleaned. |
