Himachal Pradesh, Dec 8: BJP Mahila Morcha J&K Spokesperson Ritika Trehan today congratulated Dr Janak Raj from Bharmour constituency in Himachal Pardesh on his huge victory in assembly elections. Ritika who vociferously campaigned in favour of Dr Janak Raj also thanked people of constituency for reposing faith in her campaign and electing him to serve people of constituency.
Meanwhile she credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popularity and his credibility for the party’s historic win in the Gujarat assembly polls. The BJP’s thumping majority in Gujarat makes it clear that Narendra Modi is set to be the favourite to sweep the state in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Even though Modi left Gujarat when he became Prime Minister, Prime Minister has led BJP’s Gujarat campaign this year with addressing as many as 30 rallies in the state. Banking on the Prime Minister’s charisma, as well as Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Party President JP Nadda’s gusto the BJP has yet again overcome ant–incumbency.
The party focused on its development agenda despite facing propaganda from opposition political parties. She said the BJP’s “historic victory” in the Gujarat elections is a victory of the party’s commitment to development, good governance and public welfare. “The biggest credit for this victory goes to public’s trust in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his popularity and credibility. Congratulations to him and thanks to the public,” she said.
Ritika also congratulated BJP’s national president JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and the party’s state unit head CR Patil for the BJP’s performance in the state. She said with tireless hard work of all these leaders, “the BJP has created a new history, breaking all records”.
