This is the time when we are also troubled by our dry skin and daily flu, which is why most of the hospitals have more number of patients suffering from cold and cough during the winter season. That's why it is very important that you keep yourself healthy and safe all the time during the winter season. Giving information, he said that in the winter season, you will see whether you have a house or an office, people suffering from cold and cough will be found everywhere. Although the common cold does not cause any special problems, but if it is not treated on time, it can turn into severe headache, sore throat, mucus accumulation and chest infection. Therefore, to prevent common cold, it would be good to wear properly warm clothes as per the need and as far as possible home remedies like gargling with hot water, taking steam of hot water can also remove cold and cough. While giving information, he said that with the increase in cold, the first thing to keep in mind is that you should go out of the house only if necessary. Cover your hands and feet and leave the house wearing a mask.
