| Samba police arrested 9 thieves, 5 cases solved | | |

Samba, Jan 28: Police under the guidance of SSP Samba Benam Tosh, have arrested nine more thieves and solved five more theft cases. Stolen property including cash amounting to rupees 50000.00, golden items worth rupees 28000.00 aprrox. and iron items worth rupees 20000.00 approx. have been recovered.
Senior Superintendent of Police Benam Tosh said that total twenty four (24) thieves have been arrested within a period of two weeks and eleven (11) theft cases have been solved and stolen property worth lacs has been recovered by Samba police just within a period of two weeks after launch of intensive drive against thieves. SSP Samba has requested the people to extend full cooperation to police so that all thieves may be arrested.
Among the 9 more arrested thieves included: three (03) thieves/ dishonest receiver of stolen property arrested by SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma & SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar, two (02) thieves arrested by SHO Police Station Samba Deepak Jasrotia, three (03) thieves arrested by SHO Ghagwal Vijay Kumar & DySP Hqrs Samba Mohd Usman and one (01) thief has been arrested by SHO Vijaypur Tribhawan Khajuria & SDPO Vijaypur Priyanka Kumari. |
