| Stolen Property Worth Rupee 8 Lacs Recovered - Reasi Police | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 29: On the written application of Bhaskar Sharma project manager regarding theft of one tractor trolley , Case FIR No 110/2023 u/s 379 IPC registered at PS Katra. Similarly Shabir Ahmed s/o Abdul Rashid r/o shajroo gave another complaint regarding theft of splendor motorbike, to which Case FIR No 118/2023 U/s 379 also registered at Police station Katra.
During the course of investigation, special teams were constituted which recovered both the stolen properties after hectic efforts and arrested accused persons namely 1. Sher Ali s/o Mohd sadiq r/o gajansoo Jammu, 2. Barkat Ali s/o Saif Ali r/o Raipur mandi Jammu, 3. Mohd Sher khan s/o Mohd Hanif r/o gajansoo Jammu. Further investigations going on.
The recoveries were made under the supervision of SHO PS Katra Nishant Gupta and SDPO Katra Surinder singh under overall supervision of SP Katra Amit Basin -JKPS.
Amit Gupta SSP Reasi while sharing the details informed that Reasi Police is committed to protect the property of citizens & further appealed to the shopkeepers of Reasi District to make use of technology & install CCTV cameras in and around their premises for surveillance on these criminal elements in the society. |
