Jammu, Apr 30: During checking Police Party of P/s Miran Sahib led by Sho Miran Sahib Insp Zaheer Mushtaq under the supervision of Sdpo Rs Pura Sh Nikhil Gogna intercepted one Tata mobile bearing registration no JK02CS 4098 at mamka .During checking of vehicle found 08 bovine animals loaded mercilessly in cruel manner .Driver of vehicle fled from spot taking advantage of darkness.vehicles seized, bovine animals rescued.
In this regard a case FIR No 91/2023 U/s 188/IPC, 11 PCA Act ,50/52/54/56 transportation of animals rules 1978 has been registered and investigation started . |
