| DB grants time to file comprehensive status report | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 6: In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Adv Sumit Nayyar seeking respondents to develop/improve the tourist infrastructural facilities for the Patnitop-Mantalai-SudhMahadev including temples which attracts a large number of tourists every year both in summer and winter season and to take effective measures as expeditiously as possible.
A Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Comprising Chief Justice N. Kotishwar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi directed to file a comprehensive status report before next date of hearing. —JNF |
