Early Times Report JAMMU, May 19: Students from Govt. Gandhi Memorial Science College showcased their exceptional talents and secured outstanding achievements in the District Level Yuva Utsav held at GCW Parade, Jammu. The event, organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Jammu in collaboration with GCW Parade Jammu on May 18, 2023, revolved around the theme "Paanch Pran" proposed by the Ministry of Sports and Affairs, Govt. of India. The students' remarkable performances resulted in three first positions and one third position in different categories. Mohd Ayub claimed the top spot in poetry, Ananya Gupta secured first place in painting, Manyaveer Singh Thakur achieved first position in photography, and Aaghav Arora secured the third position in poetry. The Principal, Prof. Rajesh Gupta, Controller of Examinations, Prof. Rajkumar Gupta, NCC ANO, Dr. Devinder Kumar Sharma, and NSS Program Officer, along with other staff members, expressed their appreciation and extended congratulations to the NSS volunteers for their dedicated efforts. As PM Modi emphasized, "Five pledges for 2047 are having a developed India, removing any sign of servility, pride in heritage, unity & fulfilling our duties."
