Dogra, a renowned Indian theatre personality and scholar from Jammu and Kashmir, has been honored with the prestigious "Global Education-Star Excellence Award-2023". The award recognizes his remarkable achievements and contributions in the fields of Computer and Music Education. Presented by the Global National Urban Rural Computer Literacy & Skill Development Mission at India International Cultural Centre, New Delhi, the event was graced by esteemed guests including Koushal Kishore, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, Bollywood Playback singer Arpita Chakraborty, Bollywood Actress Priyannka Tiwari, and S.M.
