Jammu, June 6: We are pleased to bring you an update on the recent International Day of Yoga mega programme planning event held at the Vishwa Yog Samsthaan (World Yog Institute) ashram premises in Hari Ki Pauri, Bagh e Bahu, Jammu. This event marked an important step in the preparation for the upcoming International Day of Yoga, which is celebrated globally on June 21st each year. The event witnessed an impressive collaboration of 20 organizations, all united in their commitment to promoting the practice of yoga and its numerous benefits. Lalit Mahajan ji, Chairman of the Federation of Industries, Jammu, graced the occasion as the chief guest. In his address, he emphasized the significance of celebrating the International Day of and stressed the importance of taking yoga to the masses. Shri Mahajan ji highlighted how yoga has the potential to bring about positive transformations in individuals, communities, and society as a whole. Yog Guru Karan, a prominent figure in the field of yoga, also shared his insights during the event. He spoke passionately about the pivotal role that yoga can play in transforming the youth of Jammu.
