KATHUA, June 14: GDC Mahanpur organized a signature campaign to celebrate World Blood Donor Day. Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, the campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation and recognize the crucial role of volunteer donors in saving lives. The NSS Unit and Red Ribbon Club of the College coordinated the program, with a significant participation of students and staff members. Dr. Sudan addressed the students, emphasizing the significance of blood donation and dispelling misconceptions surrounding it. Faculty members including Dr. Balbinder Singh, Prof. Arvind Kumar, Saurabh Dutta, Prof. Meena Devi, Dr. Sapna Devi, and Dr. Parshotam Dass were also present at the event.
