Early Times Report JAMMU, June 15: The culmination of a 4-day Educators Camp at Jammu Sanskriti School marked a successful journey towards enriched and enlightened learners. The camp focused on the art of teaching and learning, offering a range of workshops and activities to enhance the skills of educators. The camp included workshops on computer literacy conducted by Mahattva, classroom management and creating happy schools led by Dr. Kunal Anand (Principal, DPS Udhampur), hybrid learning techniques shared by Puneet Kour (Principal, APS Jammu Cantt), competency-based assessment and evaluation, graphic novel and newsletter design, and English language teaching facilitated by Dr. Abha Arora from Noida. In addition to these workshops, the camp also provided opportunities for practical learning experiences. Participants engaged in classes on cooking and baking, learned Shilpkari handicrafts from Jammu, and participated in yoga, aerobics, and physical fitness activities. The camp emphasized the transformative power of blending learning with creativity in the education sector. Rohini Aima, Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson, expressed her gratitude to the faculty members from various schools who wholeheartedly participated in the camp. She highlighted the importance of having enthusiastic and intellectual teachers who serve as catalysts in nurturing the potential of students. Aima acknowledged the successful accomplishment of the camp, which was conceived and executed with dedicated efforts over the past month. In the end, certificates of participation were awarded to all the attendees, recognizing their active involvement in the Educators Camp.
