The event was held as part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations. The workshop consisted of various activities, including theoretical and practical sessions, poster making, slogan writing competitions, and watching yoga videos with participants' families.
The workshop commenced with the ceremonial lighting of a lamp by the Principal, yoga experts, staff members, and students. The Principal of the college, Prof. Hans Raj, delivered a welcome address, highlighting the objective of celebrating World Yoga Day, which aimed to raise awareness about the ancient practice of yoga and its positive impact on physical and mental well-being.
