JAMMU, June 22: The NSS Unit of Maulana Aazad Memorial College is delighted to announce the successful completion of a special five-day yoga camp, featuring a quiz competition. The primary objective of the camp was to promote physical and mental well-being among the participants. The camp concluded today after a series of diverse activities.
The special yoga camp, organized by the NSS Unit, garnered a significant number of participants who were enthusiastic about exploring the benefits of yoga and its impact on overall health. Throughout the five-day event, attendees had the opportunity to engage in various activities that encompassed different aspects of yoga practice.
The camp's curriculum included several highlights, such as practicing yoga with family, attending informative lectures on yoga, participating in a poster-making activity and rally, celebrating International Yoga Day, and engaging in a quiz competition.
