Vice Chairperson DDC felicitates meritorious students | | | Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, June 22: Vice Chairperson, District Development Council, Udhampur Juhi Manhas Pathania today said that 'Young India' exploring new heights and horizons in an ecosystem which has been carefully created is the golden feature of 9 saal Bemisaal. PM Narendra Modi Government has focused on 'ease of pursuing studies and careers' which has virtually given wings to the aspirations, talent and capacities of students. She was felicitating meritorious students of class 10th, and NEET qualifiers at a colourful programme organised in the precincts of Sri Devi Bani temple, Manwal. The ceremony was organized to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of local students who had excelled in their class 10th examinations. Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Chairperson congratulated the students and encouraged them to continue their academic pursuits with dedication and perseverance. She emphasized the importance of education in shaping the future of the youth and the nation. She further applauded the way the local students have excelled in toughest conditions in areas where the electricity is not uninterrupted and paucity of staff in the schools. The Vice Chairperson also highlighted the efforts of the current government in promoting education and ensuring access to quality education for all. She urged the students to take advantage of the various educational schemes and initiatives like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, PM e-vidhya, e-Pathshala, DIKSHA etc launched by the government and work towards their academic and personal growth. The ceremony was attended by parents, Beopar Mandal, NGOs, and prominent citizens who applauded the efforts of the students and appreciated the initiative taken by the Vice Chairperson in recognizing their achievements.
