Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 18: Gaurav Gupta, former Secretary General of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Jammu, has expressed his admiration for the efforts of the security forces in eradicating terrorism in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He specifically commended the Army and J&K Police for their recent success in neutralizing four terrorists in the Sindhara top area of the Surankote belt in Poonch district and apprehending terrorists and their supporters.
In a statement issued today, Gaurav Gupta firmly believed that these operations will make significant contributions to eliminating terrorism and terrorists from Jammu and Kashmir, particularly in the Kashmir region, once and for all. He attributed the successful elimination of four terrorists to the exemplary leadership of ADGP Mukesh Singh and SSP Poonch Vinay Kumar Sharma. Gaurav praised the relentless efforts of these officials and their teams, who have worked tirelessly day and night to combat terrorism and ensure the safety and security of the region.
Highlighting the significant progress achieved through joint efforts by the police and the army, Gaurav emphasized the substantial number of arrests made and the fruitful investigations conducted. These combined efforts indicate that the impact of terrorism will soon be relegated to history in Jammu and Kashmir.
Gaurav made a heartfelt appeal to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, urging them to support the security agencies. He emphasized the importance of providing reliable information about anti-national elements that seek to disrupt the peaceful atmosphere in the Valley. Gaurav emphasized that these elements pose a significant threat to the well-being of every resident in the Valley and beyond.
Gaurav believes that by working collectively with the security agencies and sharing crucial information, the people of Jammu and Kashmir can contribute to creating a safer and more harmonious environment for all. He stressed the urgent need for solidarity and cooperation, highlighting that by standing together, the residents of Jammu and Kashmir can help bring an end to the chaos caused by these anti-national elements.
