RAMBAN, Aug 11: Parag Chaturvedi, Second-in-Command, 31 Battalion, SSB, Gossaigaon, District, Kokrajhar, Assam, delivered a lecture on Nasha Mukt Bharat here at Banihal .
Sensitizing the participants about ill-effects of drugs addiction, Parag said that he has educated the youth in around 40 universities, colleges, schools, coaching centres, DIETs, SSB formations, ITBP formations, etc. in cities and towns like, Lucknow, Noida, Azamgarh (UP); Bhopal (MP); Bagaha, Narkatiaganj, Bettiah, Motihari (Bihar); Gossaigaon, Kokrajhar, Tezpur (Assam); Ranidanga, Siliguri (WB),
He said that he has a personal spark, a personal mission to make youth aware of ill-effects of Narcotic Drugs on an abuser's personal health, character & career; family; society & the nation.
'I dream of making India 'a drug-free' country where all citizens contribute their significant bit for building the nation to make it an Aatmnirbhar Bharat, a global superpower in every sense in the very near future', he added.
