Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 27: Kavinder Gupta, a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and former Deputy Chief Minister, highlighted the transformative development that Jammu and Kashmir has experienced under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government. He emphasized that the peaceful environment in the Union Territory is a result of the initiatives taken by the BJP government, allowing individuals like Rahul Gandhi and his family to visit and enjoy the Kashmir Valley without concerns or fear.
Kavinder Gupta made these remarks during a function in Trikuta Nagar, where he initiated the slab laying work on a bridge project.
The event was attended by Lucky Puri, Corporator of Ward 54, and other senior BJP leaders including Vinay Gupta, Rekha Mahajan, and Indu Puri, along with party workers.
In his address, Kavinder Gupta congratulated the local residents on the commencement of the bridge project, a long-pending demand of the area.
He emphasized that upon completion of the estimated Rs. 3 crore project, the people of the locality and nearby areas will greatly benefit.
During the event, Kavinder Gupta also interacted with the local residents, patiently listening to their concerns and issues. He assured them that their civic infrastructure-related problems will be raised with the appropriate authorities for timely resolution.
In addition, Kavinder Gupta and other senior party leaders listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann ki Baat’ (Talks from the Heart) program in Ward No: 53.
He commended the Prime Minister’s commitment to reaching every corner of the nation through the program, highlighting that it is the largest and most cost-effective means of connecting with people, and it showcases the Prime Minister’s dedication to considering the opinions and suggestions of the citizens.
