BHADERWAH, Aug 29: Mission Director POSHAN J&K, Rubina Kousar today conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing ICDS-Poshan Projects in Dodan here at a meeting held in the Conference Hall of Dak Bungalow Bhadarwah. Accompanying her was Devinder Singh Katoch, Joint Director, Mission POSHAN, J&K.
At the outset, Ashfaq Khanji, District Programme Officer Mission POSHAN Doda gave a detailed presentation, highlighting the project wise achievements of ongoing POSHAN schemes in the district. Attendees included CDPOs (Child Development Project Officers) and Supervisors from all eight Poshan Projects in the District Doda.
The Mission Director meticulously examined the financial and physical progress of all projects within the district, encompassing schemes such as PMMVY (Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana), Poshan tracker, SNP (Supplementary Nutrition Programme), ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), Geo-tagging of AWCs (Anganwadi Centers), Honorarium, Rent, and expenditures across different categories.
Furthermore, the recruitment process for Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in all the Poshan projects of District Doda was thoroughly reviewed. Immediate directives were issued to fill any remaining vacancies for Sanginis and Sahayikas, in accordance with established rules and regulations.
Additionally, the Mission Director instructed each CDPO to oversee the procurement process of SNP and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. |
