Senior BJP leader Kavinder Gupta discusses I.N.D.I.A. Alliance's fate ahead of LS polls
9/1/2023 10:45:37 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 1: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta, has expressed his views on the fate of the opposition alliance I.N.D.I.A. ahead of the Lok Sabha polls in 2024. He believes that the clash of interests among the constituent parties of the I.N.D.I.A. alliance will ultimately determine its outcome.
Addressing a gathering at the inauguration of development work in Ward No. 52, Kavinder Gupta stated that the BJP, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has become an unstoppable force that cannot be defeated by any entity. While the opposition has been making various calculations and attempts to challenge the BJP in elections, Gupta believes that deep down, every member of the I.N.D.I.A. alliance knows that defeating the saffron party is a nearly impossible task due to its strong position and steadfast leadership.
Kavinder Gupta expressed skepticism about the stability of the I.N.D.I.A. Alliance, noting that opposition parties have a history of changing their stances on minor issues. He emphasized that unity among the alliance partners is the biggest challenge they face, and maintaining this unity above individual interests will be crucial. Gupta believes that internal conflicts among the alliance partners will make the BJP's journey to Parliament smooth and pleasant.
During the event, Kavinder Gupta also interacted with the residents of Ward No. 52, listened to their concerns regarding civic amenities, and assured them that their issues would be resolved promptly by raising them with the relevant authorities.
Other attendees at the event included Ajay Gupta (Corporator), Nitin Thappa, Ajay Baddan, Hans Raj, Bodhraj, Vishal Gupta, Shruti Gupta, Varinder Gupta, Prem Kumar, and Vicky Gupta.
