Kavinder Gupta emphasizes priority attention for senior citizens, commences construction of dedicated hall

JAMMU, Sept 2: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta, emphasized the importance of giving priority attention to senior citizens as he inaugurated the construction of a dedicated hall for them in Ward No. 54 in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
The event was attended by various dignitaries, including Corporator Neeraj Puri, Rekha Mahajan, Vinay Gupta, President Baldev Gupta, Chief Patron Ashok Gupta, Shubash Chander Verma, Narinder Gupta, T.R Puri, Lalit Mengi, K.S Sambyal, T.C Taggar, Vijay Khurana, P N Jalla, Sansar Chand Gupta, Y.S Jamwal, Surinder S Salathia, and Dilip Gupta, who accompanied the former Deputy Chief Minister.
Kavinder Gupta emphasized that senior citizens are an essential and valuable component of society. He highlighted their significant contributions to building the nation and emphasized the responsibility of the government and the youth to take utmost care of this section of society.
The former Deputy Chief Minister acknowledged the crucial role played by senior citizens in society, even in their later years. He assured the gathering that he had taken note of the issues raised during interactions and pledged to address them promptly.
Kavinder Gupta also extended his warm congratulations to the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for the successful launch of the Aditya-L1 spacecraft. He praised ISRO's contributions to advancing space science and technology, noting that the mission holds great promise in enhancing our understanding of the Sun and its impact on Earth's environment.
The event underscored the importance of recognizing and prioritizing the needs and well-being of senior citizens, highlighting their invaluable contributions to society and the nation's development.
