JAMMU, Sept 5: Rich Harvest School marked the joyous occasion of Teachers' Day on September 5th with a heartfelt tribute to Dr. S Radhakrishnan, India's 1st Vice President and 2nd President. Gulchain Singhji Charak, former Minister of R&B and Higher Education, accompanied by Sh. Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, and Director Mrs. Ruchi Charak.
