LFO-BHF organises free medical camp at Maralia

MIRAN SAHIB, Sept 21: The non-profit organization "Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation" recently organized a successful Free Medical Camp in Maralia, Miran Sahib. The event, inaugurated by BDO Miran Sahib, Gurjeet Singh, was held in collaboration with Talla Jewellers and in association with Dharmik Avem Samajik Sudhar Sanstha Maralia. Its primary aim was to provide essential medical services to the local community and promote health and well-being.
The Free Medical Camp saw the participation of medical professionals from various specialties, including eye care, gynecology, dentistry, and Ayurvedic consultation.
Doctors from reputed institutions such as G.M.C, Jammu; SMGS Hospital; Dental Hospital, Ambphala; and Ayurvedic Hospital, Jammu volunteered their time and expertise.
Patients had the opportunity to consult with doctors, receive diagnoses, and obtain necessary medications to address their health concerns.
Jyoti, President (National Body) of LFO-BHF, expressed gratitude to all the volunteers, sponsors, and participants who contributed to the success of the event. She highlighted the organization's mission to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need and thanked Talla Jewellers for their collaboration and support.
Abhishek Raina, Secretary (Jammu Province), noted that the event received positive feedback from local residents, who appreciated the opportunity to receive medical care and consultations at no cost. It underscored the importance of such community initiatives in ensuring access to healthcare services for all. The event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of numerous volunteers who selflessly contributed their time and energy to serve the community.
The Free Medical Camp organized by Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation exemplified the organization's commitment to making a positive impact on the community by providing essential healthcare services and promoting the well-being of local residents.
