| 03 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 23: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS Domana, PS Miran Sahib and PP Chatha acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 03 vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
One Dumper without Registration Nos, by PS Domana.
One Tractor Trolley bearing Chassis No MBNBEBBAZMNE02431, by PS Miran Sahib.
One Dumper bearing Registration No JK05L- 4504 by PP Chatha.
The recoveries were made by SHO PS Domana Inspr Kunal Singh Jamwal, SHO PS Miran Sahib Inspr. Bopinder Singh and I/C PP Chatha PSI Harjinder Paul Singh in their respective jurisdiction.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon’ble High Court of J&k. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
