KATHUA, Sept 29: The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) at Kathua Campus, University of Jammu, in partnership with Froyo Technologies based in Noida, successfully organized an industrial webinar on "Cyber Security Trends, Threats, and Career Perspective." The event saw active participation from students and faculty members of the campus.
The webinar featured Mr. Kapil Bhardwaj, an Information Security Consultant at Froyo Technologies, Noida, as the resource person. His presentation and discussions provided valuable insights into the latest trends, emerging threats, and promising career opportunities within the field of cybersecurity.
Dr. Meenakshi Kilam, Rector of Kathua Campus, University of Jammu, emphasized that the webinar not only offered valuable insights into the challenges and prospects in the realm of cybersecurity but also highlighted the institution's commitment to providing students with a holistic and industry-relevant education. She further emphasized that UIET continually strives to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
