| Cheater Impersonating as High Court Advocate Arrested by Nowabad Police | | |

JAMMU, Oct 2: A cheater identified as Sarjeevan Singh, son of Ramesh Singh, residing in JK Colony Paloura, was arrested by Nowabad police in case FIR No. 163/2023 under section 420 IPC. Sarjeevan Singh had been impersonating as an Advocate of the JK High Court and engaging in fraudulent activities, particularly targeting college-going students.
This arrest was made by SHO Nawabad Insp Surinder Raina and PSI Younis Khanday under the supervision of DYSP SUNAIYA WANI who have diligently worked to apprehend the impersonator and bring him to justice. The Nowabad police have taken action to ensure that individuals like Sarjeevan Singh are held accountable for their deceptive actions, sending a strong message against fraudulent practices in the district. |
