Traders Federation collaborates with Sewa Bharti to organize Free Medical Camp at Ware House

JAMMU, Oct 7: The Traders Federation of Ware House Nehru Market in Jammu partnered with Sewa Bharti to organize a free medical camp at Ware House. The event was inaugurated by Sh. Harvinder Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Jammu, in the presence of Sh. Deepak Gupta, President of Traders Federation, and representatives from Sewa Bharti.
The medical camp was staffed by a team of 10 healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and support staff. The healthcare team consisted of Dr. Vinod Khajuria (Orthopedic), Dr. Pallav (Orthopedic), Dr. Naresh (Physician), pharmacists, and support staff. The camp provided various medical services, including blood pressure monitoring and basic examinations.
Additionally, educational sessions on topics such as hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention were organized for the attendees. The organizers also distributed free medications prescribed by the doctors for ailments such as joint pain, cold and cough, rheumatoid arthritis, insomnia, general weakness, scabies, and other chronic illnesses.
Sh. Deepak Gupta expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming response the camp received from the community. He mentioned that patients requiring further investigations and specialized therapies would be provided with free treatment at the hospital. Deepak Gupta emphasized the continued collaboration with Sewa Bharti to organize similar camps in the future.
Several dignitaries and representatives from both the Traders Federation and Sewa Bharti were present at the medical camp, including Munish Mahajan (Sr. Vice President), Sham Lal Langer (General Secretary), Vishal Gupta (Federation Secretary), Dr. Deepak (N.M.O. General Secretary), Ajay Takoo (Sewa Bharti Welfare Incharge), Tirlok Singh (Vice President, Sewa Bharti), Upinder Permar (Office Incharge, Sewa Bharti), and Sumti Mahajan (Prachar Pramukh, Sewa Bharti). This collaborative effort aimed to provide essential medical services and health education to the local community.
