Investiture ceremony for junior students at Jodhamal school

JAMMU, Oct 9: In a grand and inspiring event, Jodhamal Public School in Jammu recently hosted its Investiture Ceremony for Junior Students, setting the stage for the emergence of future leaders. The ceremony, graced by the presence of notable dignitaries, showcased the school's commitment to fostering leadership qualities among its young scholars.
The ceremony was honored by the esteemed presence of Vikram Randhawa, former MLC of Jammu & Kashmir, and Former State Secretary of BJP J&K (UT), who is also renowned for his social activism. Proud parents of the newly-inducted Prefect Council added a touch of significance to the event with their presence.
The ceremony commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the sacred lamp, accompanied by the enchanting chants of the Gayatri Mantra. This spiritual opening was followed by a captivating Welcome Dance that celebrated the rich cultural heritage of India.
As the swearing-in ceremony unfolded, the newly-elected Prefects took the stage with an air of pride and a radiant glow on their faces. The comperes read out citations as each Prefect received their badges and sashes from the Chief Guest. A total of 45 students were entrusted with various portfolios, embodying the school's ethos of responsibility and leadership.
The Senior School Head Boy, Anish Arora, administered the oath of allegiance to the Prefects, urging them to uphold the school's ethics and cherish their newfound responsibilities.
Addressing the gathering, chief guest Vikram Randhawa shared his life experiences and wisdom. He encouraged the students to embrace moral values and discipline as guiding principles in shaping their futures and becoming exemplary leaders. Randhawa emphasized the importance of walking the path of righteousness and being the change they wish to see in the world, drawing from his own inspiring life journey.
The Principal of Jodhamal Public School, Girish Kumar, welcomed the esteemed guests and underscored that the appointments were not just positions but also carried significant responsibilities.
