BASOHLI, Oct 10: Govt. Degree College, Basohli celebrated World Mental Health Day-2023 under the aegis of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" and "G20 Presidency" by organizing a lecture on Mental Health. Dr. Shiv Mangal Singh, Head, Department of Psychology delivered a lecture on Dr. Nidhi Kotwal, Principal, GDC Basohli, in her address, discussed the importance of the day for everyone. She also stated that afforestation and usage of clean energy are the best remedies for mitigation of the effects of climate change. Dr. R.K. Manhas, the NSS Program Officer urged the students to plant a sapling on his/her birthday. All the faculty members, NSS and NCC volunteers, member Eco Club, and other students participated in the event. |
