| 06 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 10: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PP Phallain Mandal, PP Jourian and PP Sainik Colony acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 06 vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
One Tractor trolley bearing Registration no JK02CE-3176, by PP Phallain Mandal
04 Vehicles i.e 03 Tipper bearing Registration Nos JK02BD-6895,JK02BF-0595, JK02V-1995 and one JCB bearing Engine No H00133619, by PP Jourian
One Dumper bearing Registration No JK02BF-7268, by PP Sainik Colony.
The recoveries were made by I/C PP Phallain Mandal PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal, I/C PP Jourian PSI Karnail Singh and I/C PP Sainik Colony PSI Bhawani Singh in their respective jurisdiction.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon’ble High Court of J&k. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
