| 04 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 11: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS Gangyal, PP Phallian Mandal and PP Chinore acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 04 vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
One Dumper without Registration No, by PS Gangyal.
02 Vehicles i.e One Tractor Trolley bearing Registration No JK02CC-2311 and one Dumper bearing Registration No JK08H-0313, by PP Phallian Mandal.
One Tractor Trolley without Registration No, by PP Chinore.
The recoveries were made by SHO PS Gangyal Inspr Ajay Singh Chib, I/C PP Phallian Mandal PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal and I/C PP Chinore PSI Rajesh Kumar in their respective jurisdiction.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon’ble High Court of J&k. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
