Early Times Report BASOHLI, Oct 14: The NSS and NCC units of Government Degree College, Basohli, organized a cleanliness drive as part of the "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" and "Special Swachhata Campaign 3.0." Dr. Nidhi Kotwal, the Principal of GDC Basohli, addressed the volunteers and stressed the importance of cleanliness. Dr. Kotwal encouraged the volunteers to conduct such campaigns on a weekly basis to ensure that the campus remains clean. She also emphasized the need to use dustbins and minimize littering. Dr. R.K. Manhas, the Program Officer of NSS, and Dr. Papinder Kumar, the Associate NCC Officer, also motivated the students to maintain cleanliness on the campus. The event saw active participation from a large number of volunteers and staff members, contributing to the mission of promoting cleanliness and hygiene as part of the Special Swachhata Campaign 3.0. |
