Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 15: The holy place Mathwar in District Jammu is gearing up to host the 10th International Kesari Dangal on October 20 at Baba Ballo Dev Sathan. The decision to organize this historic Indian-style wrestling event was taken by the organizing committee, headed by Baba Yash Paul Sharma. National, international, and local wrestlers are expected to participate in this dangal, which is being organized in collaboration with the Indian Style Wrestling Association. Foreign wrestlers like Tedo from Georgia, as well as Indian wrestlers, including National Gold medalist Sandeep Khanna, will be part of this international event. The Mathwar Kesari Dangal has become an annual event in recent years. Baba Yash Paul Sharma emphasized that the event is being organized as an official competition and will adhere to the norms of the J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association under the overall supervision of Shiv Kumar Sharma. National wrestlers from Punjab, Maharashtra, and Chandigarh, along with international wrestlers from the USA, Ukraine, and England, are set to participate in this historic and famous wrestling competition. Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department Sanjeev Verma, will be the chief guest, and Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar will inaugurate the event.
