| One notorious criminal booked under PSA by Bishnah police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 21: One notorious criminal arrested and booked under Section 8(1)(A) of J&K Public Safety Act by PS Bishnah Jammu.
An information was received at PS Bishnah through reliable sources regarding one notorious criminal namely Mohd. Yaqoob @ Yuka @ Lambu S/O Bashir Ahmed R/O Vill. Sarore Adda A/P Chak Waziroo Tehsil Bishnah Jammu who was evading his arrest in multiple cases including attempt to murder.
On this special police teams of PS Bishnah led by SDPO RS Pura Nikhil Gogna assisted by SHO PS Bishnah Inspr. Vikram Sharma finally raided at the suspected place and rounded up the said person.
It is pertinent to mention that the said accused person was a notorious criminal and history sheeter and was involved in various acts of violence such as Attempt to murder, Assault, stabbing, snatching and had spread a reign of terror among the peace loving people of the area. Also a warrant of arrest under Public Safety Act was issued against the said accused by the Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SP Hqrs Ramnish Gupta.
Finally today the warrant has been executed and accused has been shifted to Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu. |
