Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 30: The Traffic Range Headquarters in Jammu organized a pledge ceremony that brought together the Traffic staff of Range Traffic Headquarters Jammu, Camp Office Traffic Headquarters J&K Jammu, and Traffic Rural Jammu. This event was organized in compliance with the directives of the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to mark the beginning of Vigilance Awareness Week, scheduled to be observed across the country from October 30th to November 5th, 2023. Shridhar Patil, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer serving as the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Traffic Range Jammu, presided over the ceremony. He took the salute from the traffic police contingent and administered the pledge. During the event, DIG Traffic emphasized the importance of adhering to the pledge's contents, emphasizing the need to serve the nation with transparency, accountability, and honesty, thereby setting a commendable example for others to follow.
