Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 7: Live for Others - Being Helpful Foundation is delighted to announce a significant milestone in their collaborative initiative with J&K Bank, "Mission R-SAP (Remove Shyness Apply Pads)." This CSR project is designed to enhance menstrual hygiene by distributing 500,000 sanitary napkins and conducting 100 awareness seminars, benefiting 50,000 people across all 20 districts of Jammu & Kashmir, while also working to destigmatize menstruation in society. The third district to successfully complete this mission is Shopian, where over 25,000 sanitary napkins were distributed, accompanied by five impactful awareness lectures reaching more than 2,500 people. Ms. Hafsa Arshad and Saqib Rehman served as resource persons for these seminars, which were conducted in both government and private schools and colleges in peripheral areas, including Government Degree College, Shopian; Springdales Educational Institute, Shopian; Mohammadiya Institution, Shopian; Shah-I-Hamdaan Memorial Institute, Shopian; Rainbow International Educational Institute, Shopian. "We are thrilled with the progress of 'Mission Remove Shyness Apply Pads' and the positive impact it's having on women's health and hygiene. Currently, we are looking forward to working in other districts, and our team is actively working on expanding our reach," said Shah Aamir Muzaffar, Secretary (National Body).
