KISHTWAR, Nov 7: In a significant development, the Kishtwar Police have taken a crucial step towards seeking justice by filing a charge sheet in a case registered under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). The case, registered under FIR No. 117/2023, U/Sec. 13/18/39, involves the following accused individuals:
Mohd Yousuf Chouhan, son of Mohd Abdullah, resident of Chhar, Cherji, Tehsil Nagseni, district Kishtwar. Mohd Amin (also known as Jahangir), son of Mohd Anwar Butt, resident of Bhadat Saroor.
This case has been presented before the NIA Fast Track Court in Doda, with challan No. 163/2023.
