JAMMU, Nov 13: The Live for Others Being Helpful Foundation (LFO-BHF) illuminated the hearts of the less fortunate during Diwali with a compassionate "Diwali Delights Distribution Drive." Guided by Vivek Parihar, the Director & CEO, the team orchestrated a benevolent effort in collaboration with Talla Jewellers to distribute carefully curated kits to those in need.
The Diwali care packages, designed to spread joy and comfort, contained an array of essential items. Hygiene products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, hair oil, and shampoo were included to address basic personal care needs. In addition, the packages featured nourishing eatables like bananas, biscuits, and sweets, adding a delightful touch to the festive celebrations.
Emphasizing eco-friendly practices, Team LFO-BHF integrated sustainable elements into their contributions. Each of the 300 distributed care packages was adorned with eco-friendly earthen lamps (diyas), accompanied by cotton and til oil, fostering a traditional yet environmentally conscious Diwali celebration.
Sahil Kumar, Vice President and Domain Incharge of Relief of Jammu Province, expressed that this initiative reflects the organization's dedication to spreading joy, promoting hygiene, and embracing sustainability during the festive season. He extended gratitude to Ms. Kashish Gupta, CEO of Talla Jewellers, for their support in organizing this impactful activity.
Notable members present during the event included Ritik, Shubam, Navya, and many more, who actively participated in making this Diwali special for those in need.
