| Theft case solved, 03 stolen vehicles recovered by RS Pura Police | | |

R.S Pura, Nov 18: Several complaints were lodged at PS RS Pura regarding various thefts in the area under the jurisdiction of PS RS Pura.
After this special police teams of PS RS Pura led by SDPO RS Pura Nikhil Gogna assisted by SHO PS RS Pura Inspr Pawan Kumar did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally rounded up the accused namely 1. Shiv Dayal @ Sunny S/o Rajinder Kumar @ Shinda Mistry R/o Chohalla Kothey A/p Tehsil Basti Bari Brahmana 2. Sohan Singh @ Birju S/o Sandeep Singh R/o Teli Basti Bari Brahmana 3. Rohit Kumar S/o Satpal R/o Chohalla RS Pura. During questioning accused confessed their involvement in the above case and on their disclosure 03 stolen bikes bearing Registration Nos. JK02AE/7252, JK02BS/1952 and one vehicle without Registration Number.
Moreover following stolen items were also recovered from their possession:
• 03 Nos of LED, 32” Two of Santron company and one of Haier company with remotes.
• 01 Laptop of Dell company
• 01 AC, white colour of Samsung Company of 1.5 Ton
• 04 Nos of Gas Cylinder of HP company
• 01 Gas stove Black colour make Divyansh company
• 01 Airtel WiFi with adapter.
• 01 Wall Clock (Rigas)*
On this, a case FIR No, 165/2023 u/s 379 IPC was registered at PS RS Pura and accused were arrested. Also unclaimed property was seized u/s 102 Cr.PC by PS RS Pura.
The overall arrests and recoveries were made under the supervision of SP Hqrs Ramnish Gupta.
Further investigation of the case is going on. |
