Hiranagar, Nov 25: GLDM Govt. Degree College, Hiranagar, solemnly observed the 36th Death Anniversary of the revered leader, Shri Girdhari Lal Dogra. The occasion was marked by a heartfelt tribute to the late leader, known for his contributions as a statesman, social reformer, and champion of the people. Dr. Pragya Khanna, Principal of the College, led the commemoration by offering floral tributes along with the college staff at the statue of Lt. Sh. Girdhari Lal Dogra within the college premises.
In her address, Dr. Pragya Khanna reflected on the profound impact and significant contributions made by Lt. GL Dogra to the state and the nation.
