Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 25: In a pioneering move towards holistic education and health awareness, Government Degree College (GDC), Kunjwani, organized a One Day Online Awareness Programme on Menstrual Hygiene and HIV AIDS under the banner of "My Constitution, My Pride" on the 25th of November 2023. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students within and outside the college, marking a significant step in promoting crucial health education. The meticulously organized programme was conducted by a dedicated team and featured the esteemed presence of Dr. V. Soujanya Rao, Comdt(med)/CMO(SG)CRPF, who shared invaluable insights aimed at empowering female students to maintain proper hygiene during their menstrual cycles. Dr. Rao also provided guidance on adopting better sanitation practices to enhance overall health.
