Srinagar, Nov 29: Bhartiya Janta Party Senior leader Javid Qurashi, has warmly welcomed the appointment of Atal Duloo as the new Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
In a statement Qurashi said that "Atal Duloo's has wealth of experience and strategic vision that will be instrumental in fostering Naya Jammu Kashmir.
