Jammu, Dec 3: The Association of Morning Walkers of Gandhinagar Greenbelt Park celebrated the 78th birthday of Shri Bansi Lal Gupta, affectionately known as Jai Mata Di. Following the association’s tradition, Shri Gupta was honored with a Good Luck plant.
The grand celebration saw the active participation of almost all the morning walkers from the Greenbelt, including women morning walkers. This tradition of celebrating the birthdays of association members has been ongoing for the last two years.
Shri Bansi Lal Gupta hosted a lavish morning tea for approximately 150 morning walkers, marking an unprecedented level of participation in the function. Expressing his gratitude, Shri Gupta thanked all the morning walkers for joining the celebration and extending good wishes for his health and long life. He expressed humility in the face of the love and affection showered on him by the association. The event was a testament to the strong sense of community and camaraderie among the morning walkers at Gandhinagar Greenbelt Park. |
